Early Sunday morning is not a time that is usually witnessed, but sometimes exceptions can be made - and this was one of them.
Rucksacks, sleeping bags and various other bits and pieces were loaded and then we were off to Dover.
The song says that there are 'bluebirds over...the white cliffs of Dover' - didn't see any of those but there were some rather large seagulls.
Where are you Ms. Saye, about time you blogged isn't it?? I mean seagulls are all well and good, but we were all hoping for something slightly more exotic by now.....
