On the drive from Samarkand we had another fuel shortage, our guide Alex trying to find some diesel for us. This was a fuel stall by the roadside, no diesel though. Eventually diesel was found in a village, all the kids came to see what we were up to.........
Our hotel in Tashkent, Heather was very keen to get in the bath......
